Terms

The short version: be 18+, only send stories that are yours to tell, and don't expect therapy.

Who can use this

You have to be at least 18. If you're not, close the tab. We'll delete anything we learn came from a minor.

What you're sending us

When you send a voice note, audio file, or written story, you're telling us it's your own experience and you have the right to share it. Don't send anything that's illegal, anything involving minors, or anyone's private photos, phone numbers, addresses, or other details that identify them.

If you pick "Put me on the show"

You give us permission to read, play, quote, edit, and discuss your submission on Relationship Replay and our social channels. We change names and identifying details. If you picked "Surprise me," we ask before anything goes public. Changed your mind? Email help@relationshipreplay.com before it airs and we'll pull it.

If you pick "Keep it between us"

Your submission stays private. We use it to write you an answer, and that's it.

What we are (and aren't)

We give opinions, not professional advice. We're not therapists, lawyers, or doctors. If you're in danger or dealing with abuse, contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233, or call 911.

We can say no

We don't have to answer or feature every submission, and we can delete anything at any time.
